  • “Workation isn’t just about bonding in a new environment — it also shows the company’s appreciation for its employees. After we came back, colleagues I hadn’t even met yet messaged me, thanking for the experience and sharing that they felt more motivated than ever to give their best performance. That kind of feedback is what makes organizing these experiences so rewarding,” says Alina Lavrynovič, our Events & Community Manager. #SurfsharkTeam #JoinSurfshark

  • Let’s face it: getting constructive feedback isn’t fun. It’s uncomfortable, and sometimes it stings. Yet, it’s also one of the most powerful tools for personal and professional growth 😶🌫️ According to a Zenger Folkman survey of 2,700 respondents, almost two-thirds felt that their performance and career success would have improved substantially with more feedback. Despite this, many don’t receive it regularly, with 60% saying they didn’t get useful feedback in the past six months 🤷 Most of us recognize that feedback, especially the kind that points out where and how we can improve, is crucial to getting better at what we do. But how do we make it a part of our daily lives? We can learn a thing or two from Netflix. They say they’ve built a culture where feedback is embedded into everyday interactions. So, let’s take a look at how they’ve done it ⬇️
