Exciting Developments at Marijampole FEZ! Despite the challenges in securing large land plots for defense sector companies, we are thrilled to offer potential investors innovative solutions. With tightened lending from banks creating a vacuum in industrial construction, businesses are often left with costly and complex options. To address this, Marijampole FEZ has developed public infrastructure and constructed a 5,000 sq. m production facility available for lease.  We anticipate a significant increase in demand for A++ production spaces, especially as geopolitical events unfold. This surge is expected to drive up construction and rental prices by late 2025 or early 2026. It's encouraging to see a diverse range of potential investors, including representatives from traditional industries and new sectors like logistics and dual-use technologies, showing interest. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to foster growth and innovation in the region! https://lnkd.in/d6-5qciC
