Junior Accountant

We're looking for a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic and fully remote accounting team at 360 Mind. You will be responsible for international financial operations and you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless accounting processes, supporting our growing business, and contributing to the company’s success.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, proactive accountant with 1-2 years of experience, especially in working with foreign markets. You’ll handle diverse financial tasks, collaborate with external partners, and work in a fully digital and flexible environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing and processing bank operations, including analyzing and inputting transactions from Swedbank, Revolut, Wise, Paysera, Stripe, and PayPal.
• Preparing and reconciling suppliers' payments, ensuring accuracy across financial platforms.
• Maintaining and updating income reports, reconciling sales data, and collaborating with external partners to ensure accounting data accuracy.
• Completing monthly reconciliations for multiple accounts and preparing accurate financial data.
• Communicating with colleagues and partners to resolve discrepancies in financial data.

Core requirements: 

• 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably with international financial operations.
• Familiarity with accounting software (experience with Optimum is an advantage) and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• English and Lithuanian proficiency.
• Experience managing high volumes of financial transactions is a plus.
