    You might call him Marathon Man 🏃♂️ – and not only because his track record includes running 42 km during the Paris Olympic Games! In fact, this man has true eagerness for the long run. Meet Aurélien N., Legal Counsel.   Aurélien explains: “I was born and have always lived in Paris. Who hasn’t experienced the “𝘰𝘰𝘰𝘱𝘴, 𝘐 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘴𝘬 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵…” right after leaving a person you’ve been talking with? 🤦♂️   👥 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿. You don’t see Santa himself of course (he’s too busy working) but you can see his bed, his table, his evening snack…🎅 Many children come for a visit, and often ask with sparkling eyes : “can I go in?” A staff member accompanies them inside the room, “shhh it’s a secret… look, here’s some paper, you can leave a note or a drawing for him…” I’ve done it with my own kids, I just love that time of the year, and so do my team members!” 🎉“Beyond these land-mark events, we also regularly organize special evenings throughout the year: DJ, bingo, karaoke… We want to give life to our restaurant, because there are a lot of restaurants all around and we want our guests and visitors to choose ours!     [#WeAreAccorInvest🙌] When speaking with this man, you wonder how he fits everything he does into 24-hour days. And yet, he does it! Today, we meet Jules Simonin, Change Management Director.   Jules is indeed a busy man: in addition to Change Management, he is passionate about literature 📚, keen on sports 🏃, and the happy father of 4 children: his days are “packed to the roof”! But this doesn’t stress him out.   Jules explains: “Sport and a few minutes of reading every day are a necessary breath of fresh air for me, in a busy schedule with a great job and family.”   But what’s the common denominator between literature, sports, family, and Change Management?   For Jules, it’s all a matter of feeling. 🎓“I studied human resources at business school, and my initial studies in literature helped me develop my understanding of human relationships. Sports bring the teamwork, effort, and ‘going beyond’ dynamics 💪. As for my family, watching our 4 kids grow into little people day after day, and helping them develop, is simply awesome!”   ⚡Jules builds up energy as he speaks. “In my view, the motto of Change Management is a great summary of the way we do things: ‘𝘖𝘯𝘣𝘰𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦’. I prefer a step-by-step way of working, with reachable objectives, and constant checks that everything is well understood and fully adopted.   And it’s also important to make sure that everything you do is indispensable: if it’s not, don’t do it!   Does it work?
