It numbers over 130 members from all geographic regions and specialisations of the microfinance community, including consultants & support service providers, investors, FSPs, multilateral & national development agencies, NGOs and researchers. Up to two billion people remain financially excluded. To address this, the Platform seeks to promote co-operation, dialogue and innovation among these diverse stakeholders working in developing countries. e-MFP fosters activities which increase global access to affordable, quality sustainable and inclusive financial services for the un(der)banked by driving knowledge-sharing, partnership development and innovation.

Developed by the e-MFP Green Inclusive and Climate Smart Finance Action Group (GICSF-AG) in 2014, it underwent updates in 2016 (Green Index 2.0) and 2022 (Green Index 3.0). In its role of fostering and supporting inclusive finance stakeholders committed to environmental protection and building climate resiliencies, the GICSF-AG is pleased to invite all professionals working on green inclusive finance to participate in a series of four free online trainings on the Green Index 3.0 framework. 🌱 Session 4 will focus on: Standard GI 3.0.3 – Offering Green Financial and Non-Financial Products and Services 📅 10 December 2024 10:00 AM 💡Trainer: Davide Forcella, PhD, JuST Institute and GICSF-AG Lead Expert 🎓Learning objectives: - Gain an initial understanding of the GI 3.0.3 standard and related best practices. - Develop the basis for assessing the status of your institution regarding the design and delivery of green financial and non-financial products and services and identify gaps that require action.
