At the #TechX event, taking place in #Luxembourg on 24th and 25th May, Gauthier Crommelinck from Luxembourg's Ministry of Economy emphasised the country's leading role in data sharing: "Data sharing is not just about bytes; it's about collaboration, transparency, and material growth." 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗴'𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 Luxembourg's small size allows for #agility and rapid #innovation. Gauthier Crommelinck highlighted that international #data transfers are crucial for meaningful insights, made possible through the country's unique scale. 🌍 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 Luxembourg's data economy strategy has led to significant developments, including a high-performance computer and the Luxembourg National Data Service (LNDS), which support the responsible reuse of public data. 📈 Gauthier Crommelinck stressed that data sharing is about breaking down silos and building bridges.
