LuxReal – Real Estate Association of Luxembourg a.s.b.l.

We would like to warmly thank our Board Member Laurent Ternisien and BNP Paribas REIM for hosting the first meeting of 𝐋𝐮𝐱𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐌𝐋/𝐂𝐓𝐅 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞, which was initiated by Caroline Dufresne, Sandrine Periot, Emmanuelle RAMPONI and Laurent Ternisien. LuxReal, as a professional association representing the Luxembourg Real Estate sector, is a member of the #CSSF forum AML-OPC, launched in 2019. It gives us the opportunity to contribute and exchange directly on #AML / #CTF related topics and practices with the regulatory authority and other professional associations.   To represent the voice of our industry, the LuxReal executive Board has called for volunteers to create a dedicated Committee within our association. The objective of this group is to facilitate exchanges among representatives of our members as well as consultation around ML/TF related topics and challenges faced by the real estate market players.   We have hence a unique forum to speak with the regulator on behalf of our industry. 🌟 What a great Young Talents Event on Tuesday evening!🌟 We are thrilled to share 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 from our second Young Talents Event, held on 15 October 2024 at Silversquare.   🚀 A key announcement was made by our Board Member Tamas Mark MRICS : the LuxReal Board has approved the creation a 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 to provide an exclusive platform for young professionals in the Real Estate sector. This initiative aims to foster a dynamic and supportive community, offering unique opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange and career development.   The evening then featured an engaging 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞 that allowed participants to get to know each other better, share their experiences and interests while building new connections.   A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event a success.
