As HR professionals and business leaders struggle to maintain productivity while respecting Luxembourg's robust worker protection laws, a concerning pattern has emerged. This problem was raised yesterday during the conversation with Luc Frieden at the Meet UEL "𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐜 𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐮𝐜 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐧" event. Employers seem to be worried more than ever before. Recent statistics indicate Luxembourg's absenteeism rates have climbed steadily over the past five years, with short-term absences showing the most dramatic increase. This phenomenon affects organisations of all sizes across various sectors, from financial services to manufacturing. After two decades of guiding organisations through complex transitions, at MindForest we’ve observed that #burnout during change is preventable with the right approach.
