The three neighboring countries are all connected via fast motorway links and train services and these daily commuters swell the working population to around 130,000. Indeed it is the blend of traditional Luxembourgish culture and the influence of the many nationalities of our residence that have given the city its unique cosmopolitan diversity. Luxembourg is a city that delivers a great deal. In many ways, it is a city of contrasts: the old versus the new, the city versus the green countryside, a small capital with a global outlook. The city has adapted and changed with the times and has shaped its own successful future with a forward-looking policy, encouraging business and investment by providing a friendly and advantageous entrepreneurial environment. This project, which consists of 5 buildings with 5 floors, is one of the winners of the “Appel à Projet VEFA”, which called for the purchase of construction projects by private developers in October 2023.
