🎉 On August 15, we proudly celebrated the Topping Out ceremony for the SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS, marking a significant milestone in this landmark development in Riga city center. This special event commemorated the achievement of reaching the highest structural point of the building, with a wreath crafted from local plants symbolizing our commitment to environmentally friendly construction. 🌿 💬 "The Topping Out ceremony is a symbolic milestone for both the developer and the builder, as the construction works have reached the highest point of the building and can enter the final construction phase. We are truly pleased that the construction is currently proceeding as scheduled and the new office complex will be put in operation next year. A special thanks to the general contractor Bukoteks, the architects from SN&L (SARMA NORDE ARCHITECTS and Lauder Architects), construction supervisors from FORMA 2 and designers from xcelsior, and a heartfelt appreciation to the incredible builders who have worked tirelessly on-site. Your hard work and dedication have been the backbone of this project, turning plans into reality. NEARING COMPLETION: Works on the additional refrigirated warehouse facilities for Sanitex Latvija at their BLS Baltic Logistic Solutions logistics centre have entered the final stages. 

TAKING SHAPE: steel and reinforced concrete structure works for Sanitex Latvija BLS Baltic Logistic Solutions additional cold storage facilities in Valdlauči, Latvia, are nearly completed. From thereon out, the new building will be covered up and fitted out for on-schedule delivery to our client by autumn this year. #Sanitex #Bukoteks #Construction
