Wat heb ik hier lang naar uit gekeken en 07-10-2024 was het zover… na een zeer prettige en goede voorbereiding in samenwerking met Huizenhoog Architecten voor het ontwerp Bouwkundig Ingenieursbureau Vermulst voor de bouwkundige tekeningen en @greenscape concepts voor de hout constructie engineering heeft CLT Profi - Leading Manufacturer of Top-quality CLT products mijn woning kunnen produceren in Letland en naderhand de assemblatie op locatie. Fijne samenwerking van het begin tot het eind. Een club die weet wat ze doen. Dave Welvaarts heeft het team ondersteund om alle CLT elementen op z’n plaats te brengen met de Manitou. This was the first step in a broader training cycle, where we will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge of Lean and #5S principles. 💯⛓️The Lean approach is widely used in manufacturing worldwide. Therefore, refreshing our knowledge and engaging in hands-on tasks will help us evaluate our production processes with a "fresh" perspective, reducing unnecessary resource consumption and improving team productivity. ✌️A big thank you to our Lean trainer Kārlis Kinderevičs for sharing his expertise and guiding us through this learning process!
