We are currently looking for a Quality Control Professional: Responsibilities: - Monitor all required quality requirements as master samples, checklists and work instructions are on production line to get product within specification and meet customer expectations and meet all quality criteria. -Make sure first / last part approval is done by all production lines, ensure Product audits according to the planning. -Make sure all production associates follow the Nonconformity procedure & treat all related issues by QRQC. -Inform the QC SV about the abnormal conditions to exercise the authority to stop the production lines if the parts do not meet the established quality requirements. -Monitor the effective change overs & FF checks. -Verify the correct identification of the materials in all stages of the process. Check the correct function of: JIG, POKA-YOKE-QA Machine, Packaging standards. - Accept or reject material according to the quality criteria outlined in your procedure or visual aid. -Track rejected parts on the production line. -Ensure the validation of related processes using the capabilities (New launches, process modifications, new machines). -Make and verify all the master samples & Red-rabbits according to the defined frequencies by QC Supervisor. -Participate in the making of PFMEA & make all related quality documents (Control plans, Inspection instructions, Reaction plans) Qualifications: Required Education: Master's degree (BAC+5) in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.. Professional Experience: 2 years of experience . Languages: French and English are mandatory.
