Responsibilities: - Spearhead the operations of the Guest Relations department, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met and exceeded. - Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing immediate assistance and resolution to their queries and concerns, thereby enhancing their overall stay experience. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, remembering their preferences and anticipating their needs to provide personalized service. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all guests. - Analyze guest feedback and implement strategies for enhancing satisfaction and loyalty. - Ensure compliance with the The Oberoi Group standards, policies, LQA and procedures. Background: - Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field. - Proven track record with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector. - Fluent in English and French; proficiency in any additional language(s) will be considered a significant advantage. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong orientation towards guest service excellence. - A keen eye for detail and the ability to work gracefully under pressure, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
