Stellantis Middle East & Africa is committed to fostering innovation by bridging the gap between academia and industry.  Recently we partnered with the Ecole Nationale Polytechnique (ENP) in Algiers to launch the first "48h to Innovate" Hackathon, bringing together bright young minds to tackle real-world challenges in social listening and preventive maintenance. FIAT Factory in Algeria Launches Student Internship! 🚗💡 At Stellantis Middle East & Africa, we are committed to fostering local talent and innovation—and our latest initiative at the Fiat plant in Algeria is a testament to that vision. As part of our partnership with the Ecole Nationale Polytechnique d'Oran (ENPO), the FIAT plant in Algeria opened its doors for one week to 14 students specializing in Automotive Engineering for a discovery internship in the automotive industry. Assigned to various strategic roles such as maintenance, assembly, quality and Kaizen, the students had the opportunity to explore the operations of an automotive production plant that meets international standards, all while being guided by dedicated mentors who shared their expertise and supported them during their first steps into the industrial world. Congratulations to our talented interns and thank you to our dedicated mentors for making this program a success!
