About us
Portonovi is an idyllic Mediterranean-style waterfront village with luxurious homes, a world-class Portonovi Marina, and a destination resort One&Only, the first one in Europe, forging a new and exclusive partnership with Chenot Espace Wellness Centre. Located at the most narrow part of the entrance of the Bay of Boka Kotorska, the 60-acre project is being developed by Azmont Investments. Portonovi commands an excellent position between mountain and sea, with breath-taking views of the pristine Adriatic coastline. Once complete, Portonovi will include Europe’s first One&Only resort, luxury residences, a Henri Chenot destination Medical and Wellness Spa, an all-season, world-class marina catering to mega yachts (with tax reliefs on fuel of up to 40%), the region’s largest sand beach with luxury beach club. Other features will include waterfront shops, cafes and restaurants.
