     Eliza Ann Tickell was born in 1842 at Reading, Berkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Richard Tickell and Margaret Scott.¹ She married Joseph Christian Corbyn, son of Frederick Corbyn and Emma Fisher, on 18 June 1863 at St. Mary's Church, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.¹ She died on 7 April 1910.¹
