As part of the development of employee skills and in line with the plant's safety policy, ACTUAL TEXTILES' administrative teams recently benefited from training in the optimization of IT systems. This initiative aims to give administrative employees greater autonomy in the use of their work tools. The aim of the training : ➡️ improve employee efficiency and productivity ➡️ integrate against cyber-attacks  ➡️ guarantee the durability of work equipment By ensuring better control of IT systems, employees can make a significant contribution to risk prevention and the continuous improvement of plant operations. ACTUAL TEXTILES supports OCTOBER ROSE On October 10, 2024, ACTUAL TEXTILES adorned itself in pink to mark its commitment to the fight against breast cancer as part of OCTOBER ROSE. By wearing this color, the company aimed to show its solidarity for this noble cause. We were honored by the active presence of our Factory Owner during the events held at the factory. Mrs. Mezbine HIRIDJEE personally led an awareness campaign for our employees, in collaboration with OSTIE. Together, they emphasized the importance of screening and self-examination techniques to prevent breast cancer. For World Charity Day, ACTUAL TEXTILES donated blankets for FUFI orphanages. 🤹♂️🤹♀️ The blankets were made by our employees from recycled materials, from sorting the wastes to packaging the finished products. This donation is part of ACTUAL TEXTILES' internal Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy. The “Bémiray” blankets were specially made for the most destitute children from disadvantaged families, as well as orphans cared for by the FUFI association in the Ambohipanja fokontany of the Ankadikely Ilafy commune. This initiative testifies to the company's commitment to sustainability and support for local communities. This training enables our colleagues to become agents of change, capable of improving operational efficiency and product/service quality within the company. 🎯 Builds employees' work management skills.  🎯 Improves their vision of production methods. Health and safety are everyone’s concern. As part of the company’s annual training program, ACTUAL TEXTILES has conducted a fire first aid training session led by a firefighter for its employees. The objectives of the training are : ➡ to understand the basic principles, ➡ to teach employees first aid gestures in case of fire or dangerous situations, ➡ to ensure the correct response to the outbreak of a fire within the company and/or in their daily lives.
