Посета на нашиот партнер во дуално образование, Marquardt Macedonia Активната размена на искуства помеѓу компаниските ментори придонесува за нови идеи и импулси при спроведување на дуалното образование. За таа цел,AHK Nordmazedonien I АХК Северна Македонија организира посети кај компаниите партнери од дуалното образование. Овој пат наш домаќин беше компанијата Маркарт од Велес, која е вклучена во програмата за дуалното образование по германски стандарди уште од самите почетоци и обучува ученици од профилите Техничар за производно машинство и Техничар за индустриска мехатроника. Заедно со претставници од компаниите Kromberg & Schubert, LTH Castings - LTH Learnica Ohrid, LUTEX doo Veles , Gentherm и @Feral Mehanika имавме можност да го посетиме делот наменет за обука на ученици како и да се сретнеме со учениците при реализација на практичната обука. Посветените ментори и софистицираната дидактичка опрема им овозможуваат на учениците да се стекнат со знаења и вештини кои се дефицитарни на пазарот на труд. Изразуваме посебна благодарност до компанијата Маркарт за одличната организација и отвореноста за споделување на своите искуства во дуалното образование. Преку ваквиот концепт на посети им овозможуваме на компаниите да учат едни од други и да ги оптимизираат процесите во дуалното образование. . Besichtigung unseres Partnerunternehmens Marquardt Der aktive Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen betrieblichen Ausbildern trägt zu neuen Ideen und Impulsen bei der Implementierung der dualen Berufsausbildung bei. Zu diesem Zweck organisiert die AHK Nordmazedonien I АХК Северна Македонија Besuche bei ihrer ausbildenden Partnerunternehmen. Unser Gastgeber dieses Mal war das Unternehmen Marquardt aus Veles, welches seit den Anfängen des Programmes für duale Berufsausbildung ein AHK-Partner ist und Mechatroniker und Werkzeugmechaniker ausbildet. Zusammen mit Vertretern der Unternehmen Kromberg & Schubert, LTH Castings - LTH Learnica Ohrid, LUTEX doo Veles , Gentherm und @Feral Mehanika hatten wir die Möglichkeit, die Ausbildungsstätte von Marquardt in Veles zu besuchen und uns mit Azubis zu treffen. Die engagierten Ausbilder und die moderne didaktische Ausstattung leisten da einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erwerb von arbeitsmarktrelevanten Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten. Für die Gastfreundlichkeit und den offenen Austausch bedanken wir uns ganz herzlich bei dem Unternehmen Marquardt. Durch solche Besuche ermöglichen wir es Unternehmen, voneinander zu lernen und somit ihre Ausbildungsprozesse zu optimieren.

(BME) will once again organize the Purchasing Initiative Western Balkans on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Action (BMWK) as part of the Market Development Program for SMEs (MEP) of GTAI. Together with the Deutsche Auslandshandelskammern (AHK), BME is searching for suitable suppliers who meet needs and requirements of German buyers in 8 countries: Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Albania. Посета на Магна Мехатроникс во Штип нов партнер во дуалното образование по германски стандарди на AHK Nordmazedonien I АХК Северна Македонија ✈ Тимот за дуално стручно образование по германски стандарди оствари посета со претставници на компанијата Магна Мехатроникс во Штип, новата компанија партнер во програмата. 🎉🎉 Во компанијата моментално се произведуваат брави за автомобилски врати, хауби и багажници 🚕🚓. На средбата присутни беа и претставници од средното стручно училиште и регионален центар „Коле Неделковски“ од Велес. Компанијата Магна Мехатроникс ќе обучува ученици од образовниот профил „Техничар за индустриска мехатроника“ и со тоа таа станува шеснаесеттата компанија партнер, која се вклучува во програмата за обука на ученици според германскиот модел.
