At the recent AmCham Digitalization Conference, our CEO, Dalibor Frtunik, shared insights on what it takes to implement large-scale digital health initiatives. Highlighting 𝗠𝗼𝗷𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻, he described it as “𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘨𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥.” This project, running for over 𝟭𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, has created a comprehensive population health database—a unique and invaluable asset for North Macedonia. Dalibor emphasized two key elements for successful digital transformation: 🔑 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: The partnership between the government and Sorsix was anchored by a dedicated internal owner—the 𝗘-𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲—which ensured accountability and the consistency needed for long-term success. 🔑  𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Sustained, forward-thinking vision is essential for nurturing projects that grow over time, supporting enhancements and adaptations to meet evolving needs.
