Team Lead

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

We are looking for a Tech Lead to guide our development team and drive the technical execution of MyanCare’s Products. The ideal candidate will have strong coding experience, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital healthcare solutions.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

1. Technical Leadership:

• Lead the development team size of 10+ developers

• Building and maintaining the MyanCare teleconsultation platform and other health tech products

• Ensure high-quality code and system architecture.

• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.

2. Development & Implementation:

• Participate in hands-on coding and code reviews.

• Oversee the implementation of new features and system improvements.

• Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and performs well.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers/project managers to understand and implement technical requirements.

• Communicate technical decisions and challenges to the team and stakeholders.

4. Maintenance & Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is plus

• 5+ years of software development experience.

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript).

• Experience with cloud services and system architecture.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment.
