Our Group Chief Anti-Financial Crime Officer and MLRO, Ryan Caruana, recently spoke at the 18th Annual European Financial Crime Conference in London. He highlighted current fraud trends, initiatives to mitigate fraud, and Bank of Valletta's efforts over the past three years, including raising customer awareness, staff training, and introducing innovative monitoring techniques. #FinancialCrime

Here’s a look back at our 2024 CSR initiatives! 🌱 At the heart of this year’s efforts was the Rebbiegha campaign, which supported these impactful projects: - Conservation and Research of Loggerhead Turtles , led by Nature Trust’s FEE. - VR Educational Experience in collaboration with Żibel and the UM Archaeology Department. - Interactive Environmental Book , developed with the Write Deal Association Malta. - Ġnien Community Project led by Għawdix. - Maltese Honey Bee Research in partnership with the Biology Department at the University of Malta.
