We’re excited to share highlights from last Friday’s impactful panel discussion, "The Cost of Not Having a Mental Health Policy at the Workplace." Led by Ann Bugeja, this conversation delved into the crucial role mental health plays in shaping both individual well-being and organisational success. In today’s evolving work environment, it’s more important than ever for workplaces to positively influence mental health. But is this happening in reality? Joined by insightful panellists Mariella Marinkovic, Ovidiu Tierean, Julian Azzopardi, Denis Vella Baldacchino, and Roseanne Camilleri, as well as an engaged audience, we discussed the real costs—both tangible and intangible of overlooking mental well-being.
