We’re thrilled to share that Nike, represented by Hudson, has been awarded the title of the most loved clothing and fashion brand in Morocco. This recognition is especially meaningful as it reflects the votes of 55% of the Moroccan population - a testament to the brand’s impact and strong connection with the people. We are pleased to announce that Frasers Group plc, a UK-based leading global retail group, has acquired a 41.98% direct shareholding in HHL. This acquisition marks a transformative milestone for HHL. The strategic partnership will allow Hudson to leverage on their retail operational excellence, their brand portfolio and international retail concepts. The intent is to strengthen and accelerate Hudson’s retail and wholesale business which will further strengthen Hudson’s position as retail leader in Malta and a leading distributor and retailer in Africa. This is the first phase of an agreement that allows for additional staggered acquisitions, which would lead to Frasers Group holding a controlling interest in HHL. Read more here:

Hudson is delighted to announce the opening of two new Crocs stores in Morocco, marking an exciting step in the brand’s regional expansion. We are saddened by the unexpected loss of Isak Andic, Mango’s non-executive Chairman and founder of one of our beloved brands – MANGO. Andic lost his life in an accident last Saturday.   Isak dedicated his life to Mango, leaving an indelible mark thanks to his strategy vision, his inspiring leadership, and his unwavering commitment to values that he himself imbued in the company.   In these extremely difficult times, we share the pain of the family and send our sincerest condolences.

HSBC Malta Foundation and Hudson Foundation have partnered with Inspire Malta to support two impactful projects: the creation of a new outdoor playground for students with autism and challenging behaviours, and major renovations at Inspire’s Marsaskala facility, which will benefit children and adults with disabilities attending various programs.
