Welcome to the ICF Community of Coaches (Malta)! We are a vibrant group of certified coaches, aspiring coaches, and trainees passionate about advancing professional coaching in Malta. Our goal is to foster an inclusive community where members can connect, grow, and contribute to the development of the coaching profession. Who We Are This group welcomes anyone passionate about coaching. While it's created by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) members that align with its global standards and code of ethics, we are open to all coaches, trainees, and those curious about coaching. Together, we are working to establish an ICF chapter in Malta, creating a hub for collaboration, learning, and support for our local coaching community. Founded in 1993, the ICF promotes high standards and ethical practices in coaching. With 50,000+ members in 150+ countries and 143 chapters globally, it has significantly shaped the coaching profession. By aligning with the ICF, we aim to uphold best practices and support the development of a thriving coaching community here in Malta, while welcoming diverse perspectives and contributions from all coaches and trainees. Our Mission We support the growth and recognition of coaching in Malta by: - Fostering Connections: Networking and collaboration opportunities for coaches. - Promoting Excellence: Events, workshops, and learning opportunities to elevate skills. - Advocating for Coaching: Showcasing coaching’s value for personal and professional growth.
