The Word "Premium" Has Lost Its Meaning. It feels like every bottle of wine on the shelf today is labeled “premium.” But is it really? It’s frustrating to see a term that should signify authenticity, quality, and exceptional craftsmanship being overused to justify inflated prices. Premium wines are different. They tell stories of unique terroirs, of winemakers who pour their heart into every vintage, of vineyards that demand patience and care. These are wines where every sip reflects the effort to create something extraordinary and not just marketable. Lately, I’ve been reflecting on what it means to serve something truly premium without it being about pretension or price. Together with Palazzo Parisio, we’ve aimed to show that luxury can be authentic and accessible. Wines that are premium in every sense of the word, paired thoughtfully with food in a setting that does them justice. Huge thanks to Chef David Giacomelli , Rachel Zammit Cutajar & Adrian Busuttil (and all their top staff) for putting it all together so perfectly. We want it to be a reminder that premium isn’t just a word. It’s a promise and a commitment to quality that’s evident from the first sip to the last. What does “premium” mean to you? It was such an elegant evening at Palazzo Parisio . The Chateau Des Bachelards wines were spectacular and the food was exquisite. Soft, complex and delicious. Just like drinking liquid cashmere 🍷 These wines have made me rethink Gamay and Beaujolais as a region. I admit to skipping Beaujolais wines on many a wine list but these are top-level wines that give the consumer everything one would wish or expect from a top wines. Incredible! what are your thoughts on Beaujolais?

Administrative Assistant Keeping a palace running smoothly might not involve as much singing and dancing as Be Our Guest, but with a Baroness at the helm and momentous events happening weekly, there's a lot of magic to go round! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing family at Palazzo Parisio. Besides a variety of clerical tasks, the role will also include providing support to our sales and banqueting teams as well as assisting with our daily office needs. Responsibilities Process orders via email or phone Check data accuracy in orders and contracts  Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries Maintain and update sales and customer records Develop monthly sales reports Communicate important feedback from customers internally Ensure sales reports, Banqueting Events Orders are all kept up to date together with all calendar appointment and system updating  Stay up-to-date with new products and features Managing reservations  Coordinating events  Maintaining reports  Providing support to the sales and banqueting team Requirements and skills Excellent organisational and multitasking skills A team player with high level of dedication Ability to work to strict deadlines ·       Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work ·       Attention to detail and problem solving skills ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent is considered as an asset  Experience in five-star hospitality will be considered an asset Send your cv to kristina@palazzoparisio.com
