One year in, and our journey together is just beginning! As I wrap up my first year as CEO of ENL Group, I want to take a moment to share what we have achieved together. It has been an exciting ride—challenging, sure, but incredibly rewarding thanks to the remarkable dedication of our teams. Every day, I am struck by the talent and resilience of the people I work with. They bring their best, and it shows. Their commitment is what truly drives us forward. One of our proudest achievements this year was integrating the ENL and Rogers corporate offices. It has been a complex and essential undertaking—merging systems, aligning teams, refining processes—one that has required careful coordination and focused effort from our teams. In fact, Philippe Espitalier-Noël and I have seen firsthand how these behind-the-scenes efforts are already enhancing our operational efficiency and bringing the groups together in new and impactful ways. This year, ENL achieved Rs 24.7bn in revenue, a result that reflects our collective efforts and discipline. EBITDA rose by 22% to reach Rs 7.5bn, while profit climbed by 23% to Rs 3.8bn. These are not just numbers on a spreadsheet—they show our strong position for continued growth, creating real, sustainable value for all of us invested in this journey. As we move forward, we remain firmly on course with our three-year strategic plan, CAP26, which equips us for continued success and sustainable expansion, building a foundation that will serve us well for years to come. A year has passed since Gilbert Espitalier-Noël took on the role of CEO at ENL Group. Reflecting on this journey, he highlights that his first priority was to meet and engage with the teams driving the Group’s diverse operations. As we close out the financial year 2024, a key milestone has been the unification of the ENL and Rogers head offices, marking a significant step in strengthening collaboration and aligning visions across both groups. Throughout the year, all our business segments contributed to our strong financial performance, with agribusiness, hospitality, and commerce and manufacturing as the main drivers of growth.
