Since 2019, IBL has continually invested in its Life & Technologies cluster and in healthcare innovation. “We believe a strong, human-centered healthcare sector is vital for Mauritius' continued development,” said Arnaud Lagesse, IBL Group CEO. “Our ongoing investments in this sector are part of our long-term vision to contribute to the country’s sustainable growth.” Clinique Bon Pasteur has been synonymous with trusted, patient-centered care for over 90 years. Since its launch in 2017, the IBL Management Development Programme (MDP) has been dedicated to shaping our leaders of tomorrow, empowering teams, and enhancing productivity across our businesses. As every year, this 9th batch is all about making a real impact. With 31 participants from our corporate, operational, and subsidiary teams, we’re excited to see the skills and projects developed through the masterclasses, which ran from March to August 2024. We are honoured to run the #ManagementDevelopmentProgramme under the endorsement of the Stellenbosch Business School, ensuring world-class training for our collaborators.

Join us at Cine Star Bagatelle and La Croisette from 23-30 November to witness the story of sega tipik on the big screen - part of our shared history and our collective heritage.
