Danny Daze

Miami-based DJ, producer, and label owner Danny Daze has resisted categorization throughout his career, releasing music influenced by Dutch electro, Detroit techno, and disco-house, and spinning similarly eclectic DJ sets. He broke through with 2011's "Your Everything," an infectious single with Louisahhh that caused many to peg him as a house producer, but subsequent releases like his 2013 collaboration with Maceo Plex (as Jupiter Jazz) and 2016's "Swim" demonstrated his love for dark, hard-driving techno and stark, sleazy electro. On less club-friendly releases such as 2020's Protocol 305 and 2022's GT (with Jonny from Space), he channels his experimental electro and IDM influences.
