Considering they are two of Latin trap’s most prominent MCs, Bryant Myers and Miky Woodz have teamed up less often than one might expect. That happens to make this release an event on par with some of the biggest joint mixtapes from their English-language counterparts. Beginning with the overt menace of “No Ando Solo”, the Puerto Rican duo lure listeners in via mixed underworld metaphors. Later, “Ganas Sobran” offers racy romance over muted and fractured reggaetón, while “Te Descubrí” in turn exposes an unforgivable betrayal. The interplay between the rappers proves reliably strong and infallibly credible, whether tending to matters of the heart or doling out street justice.
