Stephanie Poetri

Indonesian singer Stephanie Poetri rose to fame after partnering with her fans to create the Avengers-inspired 2019 viral single “I Love You 3000”. • The daughter of famous Indonesian singer Titi DJ, Poetri began her musical journey in her teens. She collaborated with sibling duo Goodbye Felicia to record “Bimbang” for the 2016 Indonesian film Ada Apa Dengan Cinta 2. • Four years later, Poetri released her debut single, “Appreciate”, which she recorded in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. • In 2019, Poetri released “I Love You 3000”, a song based on famous dialogue from the 2019 film Avengers: Endgame. The phrase was suggested by fans on Poetri’s Instagram. • “I Love You” racked up tens of millions of streams and earned Poetri a Best New Asian Artist – Indonesia Award at the 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards. K-pop star Jackson Wang jumped on a remix that reached No. 1 on the Billboard China Social Chart. • Also in 2019, Poetri signed with 88rising, a label specializing in Asian artists releasing music in the US. Her debut EP, AM:PM, arrived in 2021.
