Tin Man

Going by the moniker of Tin Man, Johannes Auvinen is a California-born, Austria-based electronic music DJ and producer. Auvinen became interested in making music while he was in college, and gradually developed his own sound inspired by the Chicago and U.K. electronic scenes and by vintage gear such as the Roland 303. Throughout the 2010s he built his reputation as a leading figure of the neo-acid movement, mixing house, techno, and more in works that veer from strictly-for-dancing electronic music to neo-classical and ambient.
