About Phantogram
The electro-pop duo Phantogram—Sarah Barthel and Josh Carter—have flexed their multigenre sound on charting LPs and collaborations with Big Boi, Miley Cyrus, and The Flaming Lips. ∙ They made their national TV debut on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon in 2011, playing “Mouthful of Diamonds” with The Roots’ Questlove joining them on drums. ∙ Outkast’s Big Boi collaborated with Phantogram on on three tracks (“Objectum Sexuality,” “CPU,” and “Lines”) from his 2012 solo LP, Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors. ∙ Voices—the band’s sonically adventurous major-label debut—was a Top 5 release on both Billboard’s Top Rock Albums and Top Alternative Albums charts. ∙ In 2015, the duo reunited with Big Boi to craft the collaborative 7-song EP, Big Grams, featuring guest spots from Run The Jewels and Skrillex. ∙ Appearing as themselves in a 2016 episode of Cameron Crowe’s comedy-drama TV show Roadies, they performed their Top 10 hit “You Don’t Get Me High Anymore.” ∙ Coproduced by multiple Grammy-winner Dan Wilson (Adele, The Chicks), the band’s third LP, 2016’s Three, debuted in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart.
