Georgia native Andrew Jannakos is a country singer-songwriter who went from reality television contestant to viral sensation in less than a year. ∙ In 2019, Jannakos performed for the first time ever in front of a live audience—it was a blind audition for The Voice, and it earned him a place on the show. ∙ A few months after his season of The Voice ended, he released his debut single “Living on Live,” and followed it up with a self-titled 2020 EP. ∙ After catching fire on social media, 2020’s “Gone Too Soon” debuted at No. 12 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart and landed Jannakos at No. 1 on the Emerging Artists chart.
