BamBam

This R&B-infused, Bangkok-born singer and rapper got his break in 2014 after joining the South Korean boy band GOT7. The multi-lingual and multi-award-winning septet sent three albums and nine EPs to the Korean number one spot prior to their split from JYP Entertainment in early 2021. GOT7 also enjoyed modest success in the U.S., but it was in his homeland that BamBam ultimately became a household name. His status as an influential and ubiquitous social media figure in Thailand far outstripped the level of fame he achieved in Korea, even as part of the chart-topping GOT7. As an attempt to redress that balance, he issued a solo EP, Ribbon, in mid-2021, following with B in 2022.
