About Hans-Christoph Rademann

Hans-Christoph Rademann is one of Germany's leading choral conductors, specializing in early music and, in particular, the rich musical culture of Baroque-era Saxony. He is the conductor of the Dresdner Kammerchor, which he founded while still a student, and director of the Internationale Bachakademie in Stuttgart. In 1996, Rademann made his recording debut, leading the Singakademie Dresden and the Dresden Philharmonic. In 2022, by which time he had released some 70 albums, he led the Gächinger Cantorey in a recording of Haydn's oratorio Die Schöpfung. Rademann has been a professor at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber in Dresden since 2000.
