Inkos'yamagcokama

Born Scebi Dlamini, Inkos'yamagcokama established himself as the torchbearer of Maskandi (Zulu folk music) in South Africa with songs like 2017’s “Kungcono Ngife” and 2019’s “Asenzele Bona”. Over unique, rhythmic guitar patterns, he lays soft, high-pitched vocals and lyrics centred on real-life experiences and everyday observations while paying homage to the Zulu community and the people of KwaZulu-Natal province.
