LoKey The Producer

LoKey the Producer’s infectious melodies have allowed him to work with some of hip-hop’s biggest names while independently releasing an array of instrumental projects. • The artist born Cory Martin became enthralled with music after his aunt bought him a keyboard when he was eight. He would fall in love with the hypnotic beats of superproducers Timbaland and Pharrell. • By chance, LoKey got a beat pack in the hands of Wiz Khalifa backstage at a 2012 concert. He landed his first major placement on Compton Menace’s “Ain’t No Changing Me” featuring Wiz. • Using the alias The Chemists Create, LoKey produced several songs on The Game’s 2016 album 1992. • He produced “Regular Degular”, a bonus cut off Nicki Minaj’s 2018 album Queen. • In 2020, LoKey released no fewer than six instrumental projects, including the aptly titled Quarantine.
