Founded by brothers Martín and Diego Pampiglione in 1997, Argentina's Los Caligaris are a 12-piece band and juggling circus troupe whose goal is to save the world. Their tools are therapeutic madness, relentless optimism and plenty of uptempo rock, reggae and cumbia beats. While "Todos Locos" (All Crazy) is a finger-snapping credo of clown-nosed wisdom, tunes like "Kilómetros" and "A Vos" are more typical ska-based, horn-driven happy love songs. And just try to find a more upbeat kiss-off anthem than "No Estás" (You're Not), which happily consigns a contrary lover to the existential void.
