About Juliette Armanet
A versatile French singer, pianist, songwriter, author, and journalist, Juliette Armanet emerged in the mid-2010s with a sound rooted in both contemporary Euro-pop, rock, and the soulful, '70s pop stylings of artists like Véronique Sanson and Barbara. Her 2017 debut album, Petit Amie, took home the trophy for Best Newcomer at 2018's Victoires de la Musique awards (the French equivalent of the Grammys). Armanet teamed up with French psych-rockers Moodoid for the single "Ideal" in 2020, and the following year she issued the ebullient, club-ready solo track "Le Dernier Jour du Disco."
