About Kash Doll
Kash Doll specialises in delivering highly engaging, tongue-in-cheek bars that stick to the ribs. Born Arkeisha Antoinette Knight in Detroit in 1992, the tenacious rapper performed at local clubs, schools and charity events early in her career, eventually using social media to build an ardent following and drop captivating freestyles. Kash Doll showcased her ability to stunt as a featured artist on Big Sean’s 2017 song “So Good”, made memorable by their seductive banter. She would step into her own in 2018, releasing the slick, versatile solo single “Ice Me Out”, about the finer things and who she expects them from; that same year, she flexed her collaborative muscles again on Chicago rapper Dreezy's high-energy, money-oriented “Chanel Slides”. In 2019, Kash Doll released her debut album, the boastful Stacked, highlighted by the flirtatious “No Lames” featuring R&B singer Summer Walker. On 2020’s Big Sean-helmed Detroit-based posse cut, “Friday Night Cypher”, Kash Doll flowed fearlessly alongside the likes of respected lyricists Eminem and Royce da 5‘9. That year also saw the MC tag-teaming with fellow Detroiter Tee Grizzley on the frenetic, confidence-oozing “Bossa Nova”. By alternating between direct and playful vocal approaches, Kash Doll uses her lively personality to earn her spot in the Detroit rap firmament.
