In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my first musical memories is wrestling with my brothers while listening to Holst's "Planets" - specifically Mars, which is epic and war-like. I remember feeling transformed by the immense melodies and movements in all of those pieces. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bon Iver, For Emma, Forever Ago Coldplay, Parachutes John Mayer, Continuum This is a really tough assignment, but I'd say these three have all had a significant influence on me and how I write and record music. They are all a bit different, and there are of course many others, but these are records I know by heart. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Ask Your Father” I wrote this song for my kids. It's not my most streamed song by any means, but it's very close to my heart. I wanted to write a message to them telling them that no matter what, they can run to me in troubling times.
