In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest music memory was when my brothers would go to the studio and bring back cassettes. I wanted to be just like them, so I would listen to their rap cassettes and think to myself, "I can't wait to record my own music." What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Aṣa, Asa [Asha] Kelis, Tasty Lady Donli, Enjoy Your Life I love the diversity of the Kelis album; it showed me a new way to approach music making. Asa was one of the first times I saw myself in Nigerian music. "Enjoy Your Life" is my debut album; it changed my life and will always be relevant. I also love that when I perform it, I can see the confidence spreading to other people as well. It is the ultimate self-empowerment anthem.
