In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was able to teach myself how to play drums very early. I was put into drum lessons soon after my mother witnessed my talent and it birthed something in me that lasted till this day. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bryson Tiller, T R A P S O U L Drake, Nothing Was the Same (Deluxe) Frank Ocean, Blonde These albums not only shaped my teenage years they also had a role in shaping my sound and who I am as an artist. From drakes lyricism and nostalgia, Bryon's way of making you relate to every song, and franks artistic expression these albums made me. Tell us why you chose this song. “Who Got It” I love this song because it truly captures the essence of R&B and what it's missing in the current state of the genre. It embodies the yearning of somebody who misses their lover. What makes R&B special is the feeling and this song highlights that. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Going on my first headline tour and my fans singing my songs word for word! I'll never forget that in my entire life. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To WIn a Grammy and to work with a few more bucket list artists! Also do an international tour!
