About TheHxliday
TheHxliday’s melodic raps communicate heartbreak and teen angst in a way that honours the artist’s early-2000s emo and punk influences. • When he was 13, the Baltimore native learned from his mother—a former musician—how to record and mix songs on GarageBand. • His influences include rock bands like Linkin Park, Green Day and My Chemical Romance, as well as rappers like Trippie Redd and XXXTentacion. • The rapper’s stage name comes from his habit of releasing music on holidays. • His 2020 single “Save Me”, inspired by a real-life romance, amassed nearly 10 million streams across platforms. • TheHxliday appears on two songs on the hip-hop collective Internet Money’s 2020 album B4 the Storm, which went Top 10 on the Billboard 200. • In 2020, TheHxliday signed with Motown Records and rereleased his Broken Halls EP.
