How do you select your music for your training and why these songs?” A: “Music for me is the best way to clear my head and distract me from the pressure that running puts on my body. I usually listen to tracks that either motivate me to push harder or help me zone out. Music helps my mental focus and regardless of what is playing I try and keep my pace the same, pushing myself to new limits.”
