Aftertheparty is the pseudonym of a mysterious singer and producer who has been releasing chilling modern R&B since 2016. • He made his debut in 2016 with ?, an 11-track self-produced project that would lay the blueprint for Aftertheparty’s moody sound. • It was soon followed up with another project, !, and tracks from both appear on the 18-track ?! album, released in October 2016. • Two months later, Aftertheparty returned with the album What You Really Mean to Me, featuring singer-songwriter Indica on the track “I Just Ran Out the Bag!” • In subsequent years, biographical details remained scarce, though more music trickled out in the form of remixes and loose singles, as well as projects like 2019’s Resonance.
