Following a career-halting stint in prison, London rapper Tion Wayne returned for a second run that spawned a series of Top 10 UK hits. • After generating buzz in the late 2000s with his early DIY music videos, Wayne released his debut mixtape, Wayne’s World, in 2014. • Capitalizing on his heightened profile after serving as an opening act for artists like Rick Ross and Sarkodie, Wayne dropped Wayne’s World 2 in 2016. • In 2017, his momentum was disrupted by a 16-month incarceration. Upon his return, he released “Home”, the soundtrack to his homecoming, in 2018.
