When, midway through the rubber-burning onslaught of “Road Rage”, Dizzee Rascal starts making car noises, there can be no doubt about what this fourth record represents: after three albums of relatively undiluted, high-grade grime, this is the erstwhile Dylan Mills cutting loose and smashing through grime’s supposed commercial ceiling. Packed with Ibiza-ready bangers (“Bonkers”, “Dance Wiv Me”, “Holiday”, “Dirtee Cash”), Tongue N’ Cheek effortlessly remoulds an entire genre with an infectious smile on its face.
