South Korean singer, actress, and model Seulgi rose to prominence in the mid-2010s as a member of the girl group Red Velvet and its subgroup Red Velvet - Irene & Seulgi. She began exploring solo work during the latter half of the decade, collaborating on hit songs with contemporaries like Zion. T and Wendy, while also appearing on television shows like Battle Trip and Cool Kids. Seulgi released her own debut EP, 28 Reasons, in late 2022, hitting number three on the Korean charts.
