Prem Dhillon

Prem Dhillon is a Punjabi singer and lyricist whose pop-rap hits have made him a breakout star among the Indian diaspora. ∙ Dhillon’s first break came in 2018, when his song “Patt Tenu” was included in the soundtrack for the Punjabi comedy film Mr & Mrs 420 Returns. ∙ “Boot Cut,” his 2019 hit single, was released by Punjabi hip-hop sensation Sidhu Moose Wala. ∙ His 2020 smash “Old Skool,” which features Sidhu Moose Wala and the Indian rapper Nseeb, reached No. 16 on Apple Music’s Top 100: India chart. ∙ “Liv In,” a 2020 collaboration with Indian pop singer Barbie Maan, hit No. 30 on the BBC’s Official Asian Music Chart.
